At idle, engine may not reach 180 degrees F (82 degrees C) water
temperature.
(p) Check water temperature gage
(24) for proper water temperature
range between 180 to 230 degrees
F (82 to 110 degrees C).
(q) Check for proper operation of
electric horn (25).
Water temperature
gage inoperable or
exceeds 230 degrees
F (110 degrees C) at
idle or warning
buzzer sounds.
(r) Check for proper operation of
air horn (26) (if equipped).
(s) Remove wheel chocks.
