TM 9-2320-364-10      2-765 2-57.  EMERGENCY PROCEDURES. a. Slave Start Truck. Ensure CTIS ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position and the LHS selector switch is in the OFF position on both trucks while performing the slave starting procedure.  Failure to comply may result in damage to equipment. NOTE Slave starting is a two person task. (1) Start truck (A) (Para 2-15). (2) Move truck (A) into position beside truck (B) so slave receptacles (1) on both trucks are side by side. (3) Park truck (A) (Para 2-22). (4) Shut off truck (A) engine (Para 2-23). (5) Remove the caps (2) from slave receptacles (1) on trucks (A and B).
