TM 9-2320-364-10 3-16      Table 3-1.  Troubleshooting - CONT. Malfunction Test or Inspection Corrective Action STEERING 1. TRUCK IS HARD TO STEER, SHIMMIES, WANDERS OR PULLS TO ONE SIDE. Tire air pressure must be checked properly or serious injury or  death may result. Step 1.    Check all tire pressures (Para 2-57j). If tire pressures are low and CTIS will not correct, notify Unit Maintenance. Hot hydraulic oil may cause serious burns. NOTE Power steering fluid should be hot when fluid level is checked. Step 2.    Check steering hydraulic reservoir fluid level (1), fluid condition and Class III leaks. If fluid is low, foaming or milky in color or Class III leak is evident, notify Unit Maintenance.
