Brake treadle valve OK. Front double check valve   (top) OK. Quick release valve OK. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Verify repair. If service brakes on Axles No. 3 through No. 5 apply, fault has been corrected. YES NO Fault not corrected. Notify DS Maintenance. 5. Do service brakes on Axles No. 3 through No. 5 apply? 4. Does quick release valve operate correctly? Replace quick release valve (Para 12-39). Verify repair, go to Step 5 of this Fault. YES NO Brakes adjusted. Air lines free of crimps or leaks   and fittings, valves free of   leaks. Brake treadle valve OK. Front double check valve   (top) OK. Quick release valve faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Quick release valve test. If quick release valve fails closed, air pressure for actuating service relay valves will not be available.
