Service brakes on Axles No. 4
and No. 5 operate correctly.
Both sets of brakes on Axle
No. 3 do not release correctly.
Air lines crimped.
Service relay valve No. 2
Air chambers faulty.
REASON FOR QUESTION
If only one set of brakes on Axle
No. 3 fails to release correctly,
problem is in air chamber, or
