CONTINUITY TEST - TM-9-2320-364-20-2_171
TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-946      Repair wire 210A (see schematic Fig 2-25) or notify DS Maintenance. Verify repair, go to Step 20 of this Fault. 1.  ENGINE FAILS TO CRANK (CONT). 22 to 28 vdc register on 24 vdc   volt meter indicating wire 1055   between DUVAC and starter   motor is OK. Batteries OK. ENGINE switch OK. Wire 1021 OK. Wire 1871 OK. Diode M36 OK. Wire 231 OK. Wire 210A OK. Wires 208/209 faulty. NEUTRAL relay R11 faulty. Wire 1281 faulty. Wire 1021A faulty. Wire 1435 faulty. Magnetic switch R27 faulty. Wire 1139 faulty. Wire 1045 faulty. Wire 1138 faulty. Start ground wire faulty. Starter motor solenoid faulty. Starter motor faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If continuity is not measured, wires 208 and 209 are faulty. YES NO Repair wire 208 and/or 209 (see schematic Fig 2-25 or notify DS Maintenance. Verify repair, go to Step 20 of this Fault. 8. Are wires 208 and 209 at ATEC ECU grounded? 7. YES NO 22 to 28 vdc register on 24 vdc   volt meter indicating wire 1055   between DUVAC and starter   motor is OK. Batteries OK. ENGINE switch OK. Wire 1021 OK. Wire 1871 OK. Diode M36 OK. Wire 231 OK. Wire 210A faulty. Wires 208/209 faulty. NEUTRAL relay R11 faulty. Wire 1281 faulty. Wire 1021A faulty. Wire 1435 faulty. Magnetic switch R27 faulty. Wire 1139 faulty. Wire 1045 faulty.
