TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1026      1.  ENGINE CRANKS BUT FAILS TO START OR STALLS AFTER STARTING (CONT). Headlights operate indicating   22 to 28 vdc present at   1020/1872 splice at ignition   switch. 22 to 28 vdc is supplied to fuel   priming pump. Fuel priming pump grounded. Fuel priming pump capacitor   OK. Circuit breaker faulty. 22 to 28 vdc not supplied to   wire  1020 at DUVAC. Fuel tank(s), hoses and/or   fittings loose, damaged or   leaking. Fuel priming pump filter faulty. Fuel priming pump faulty. Fuel water separator faulty. Fuel pump faulty. Secondary fuel filter faulty. Fuel contaminated. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If 22 to 28 vdc are not measured, fuel priming pump will not operate. YES NO Go to Step 8 of this Fault. 7. Are 22 to 28 vdc measured on wire 1020 at the input terminal of fuel priming pump circuit breaker? Replace circuit breaker (Para 7-16). Verify repair, go to Step 16 of this Fault. WARNING Headlights operate indicating   22 to 28 vdc present at   1020/1872 splice at ignition   switch. 22 to 28 vdc is supplied to fuel   priming pump. Fuel priming pump grounded. Fuel priming pump capacitor   OK. 22 to 28 vdc is supplied to   connector MC108 at wire   1020. Connector MC108 at wire 1435   is grounded. 22 to 28 vdc are supplied to   wire 1020 at fuel priming pump   circuit breaker. 22 to 28 vdc not supplied to   wire  1020 at DUVAC. Fuel tank(s), hoses and/or   fittings loose, damaged or   leaking. Fuel priming pump filter faulty. Fuel priming pump faulty. Fuel water separator faulty. Fuel pump faulty. Secondary fuel filter faulty. Fuel contaminated. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If 22 - 24 vdc are not measured, fuel priming pump will not operate. YES NO Repair wire 1020 from ENGINE switch to DUVAC (see schematic Fig 2-23) or notify DS Maintenance.  Verify repair, go to Step 16 of this Fault. 8. Are 22 to 28 vdc measured on wire 1020 at DUVAC? Repair wire 1020 from DUVAC to circuit breaker (see schematic Fig 2-23) or notify DS Maintenance.  Verify repair, go to Step 16 of this Fault.
