TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1030      1.  ENGINE CRANKS BUT FAILS TO START OR STALLS AFTER STARTING (CONT). Headlights operate indicating   22 to 28 vdc present at   1020/1872 splice at ignition   switch. 22 to 28 vdc is supplied to fuel   priming pump. Fuel priming pump grounded. Fuel priming pump capacitor   OK. 22 to 28 vdc is supplied to   connector MC108 at wire   1020. Connector MC108 at wire 1435   is grounded. 22 to 28 vdc are supplied to   wire 1020 at fuel priming pump   circuit breaker. 22 to 28 vdc are supplied to wire   1020 at DUVAC. Fuel/priming pump clicks,   indicating power and ground   OK. Fuel tank(s), hoses and/or   fittings OK. Fuel priming pump filter faulty. Fuel priming pump faulty. Fuel water separator faulty. Fuel pump faulty. Secondary fuel filter faulty. Fuel contaminated. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. Fuel/water separator will not receive fuel if fuel priming pump is defective or if priming pump filter is clogged. YES NO Go to Step 11 of this Fault. 10. Does fuel priming pump deliver fuel to fuel/water separator? Go to Step 12 of this Fault. WARNING Read   WARNING on Page 2-1031
