Verify repair, go to Step 8 of this Fault. YES NO Turn signals operate indicating   10 to 14 vdc are present on   wires 240 and 241 at battery   No. 4. Fuel priming pump operates. Fuel tank(s), fuel/water separator   hoses, and fittings OK. Fuel/water separator OK. Secondary fuel filter OK. Fuel system not contaminated. Wire 240 or 241 from battery to     circuit breaker CB23 or CB22   faulty. Circuit breaker CB23 or CB22   faulty. Wire 240 or 241 from circuit   breaker CB22 or CB23 faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If less than 11.5 vdc are present on one of wires 240 and 241, the engine will run rough. WARNING Are 10 to 14 vdc measured on wires 240 and 241 at DDEC ECM power connector, terminals A, B, E and F? Read   WARNING on Page 2-1055
