START NO Headlights operate, indicating   10 to 14 vdc are present at   splice in wire 1189 after the   blackout service select switch. Turn signal switch/hazard   switch faulty. Wire 1189 between splice and   flasher faulty. Wire 1080 faulty. Flasher M5 faulty. Turn signal/dimmer switch S1   faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. If hazard lights operate but turn signals do not, the turn signal switch/hazard switch is faulty. 2-20.  ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT). Replace turn signal switch/hazard switch (Para 7-35). Verify repair, go to Step 5 of this Fault. YES
