START YES NO Regular stoplights operate   indicating 10 to 14 vdc present   on wire 1005 to BLACKOUT   LIGHTS selector switch and   wire 1435 is OK. Wire 1678 faulty. Rear composite light faulty. Blackout stoplight lamp faulty. BLACKOUT LIGHTS selector   switch faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection.
