TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1396 27.  FRONT BLACKOUT CLEARANCE OR MARKER LIGHT DOES NOT OPERATE (CONT). Parking lights operate indicating   wire 1435 to front composite   light OK. Blackout clearance lights   operate indicating 10 to 14 vdc   to wire 1680 at clearance light   splice. Wire 1680 between marker light   splice and marker light OK. Front composite light faulty. Blackout marker light lamp   faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If continuity is not measured, blackout marker light lamp will not operate. YES NO Replace front composite light (Para 7-46). Verify repair, go to Step 9 of this Fault. 7. Is continuity measured between socket ground contact of blackout marker light socket and a known good ground? Replace blackout marker light lamp (Para 7-46). Verify repair, go to Step 9 of this Fault. 6. Go to Step 8 of this Fault. YES NO Parking lights operate indicating   wire 1435 to front composite   lights OK. Blackout clearance lights   operate indicating 10 to 14 vdc   to wire 1680 at clearance light   splice. Wire 1680 between marker.   light splice and marker light   faulty, Front composite light faulty. Blackout marker light lamp   faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If 10 to 14 vdc are not measured, blackout marker light will not operate.
