TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1544 43.  TRAILER L.H. TURN SIGNAL/STOPLIGHT DOES NOT OPERATE. INITIAL SETUP 1. Go to Step 2 of this Fault. START NO Right turn signal operates   indicating 22 to 28 vdc are   present on wire 1676. 22 to 28 vdc not supplied to   connector MC15. Wire 1676 faulty. Wire 1003 faulty. Wire 1435 faulty. L.H. turn relay faulty. Wire 1003C faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If 22 to 28 vdc are not present, trailer L.H. turn signal/stoplight will not operate. 2-20.  ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT). Tools and Special Tools Tool Kit, General Mechanic’s:  Automotive (Item 74, Appendix G) STE/ICE-R (optional) (Item 3, Appendix G) Multimeter (Item 44, Appendix G) Personnel Required Two Equipment Condition Engine OFF, (TM 9-2320-364-10) Parking brake applied, (TM 9-2320-364-10) Wheels chocked, (TM 9-2320-364-10) BLACKOUT LIGHTS selector switch off, (TM 9-2320-364-10) References TM 9-2320-364-10 TM 9-4910-571-12&P TM 9-2330-385-14 Are 22 to 28 vdc measured on wire 1003C at connector MC15, terminal B? Go to Trailer Troubleshooting (TM 9-2330-385-14). YES WARNING Read   WARNING on Page 2-1545
