TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1590 49.  HEATER DOES NOT OPERATE OR WILL NOT CHANGE SPEEDS (CONT). Cooling fan operation normal   indicating 24 vdc supplied to   EPAC from CB15. Fan and heater operates at one   speed. FAN control switch OK. Heater wire harness OK. Heater resistor faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Resistor is faulty if resistance is not within specified range. YES NO Replace resistor (Para 19-13).   Verify repair, go to Step 10 of this Fault. 4. Is resistance of heater resistor within range specified? Fault not corrected. Notify DS Maintenance. 3. Repair wires or replace wire harness (Para 19-17).   Verify repair, go to Step 10 of this Fault. YES NO Cooling fan operation normal   indicating 24 vdc supplied to   EPAC from CB15. Fan and heater operates at one   speed. FAN control switch OK. Heater wire harness faulty. Heater resistor faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If continuity is not measured, heater wire harness is faulty. WARNING WARNING Is there continuity measured between harness ends of red and brown wires? Resistance test. STE/ICE-R #91.
