CONTINUITY TEST - TM-9-2320-364-20-2_827
TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1602 50.  12 AND 24 VOLT SYSTEMS NOT CHARGING OR UNDER CHARGING (145 AMP) (CONT). Both voltmeters indicate low   charge. Batteries OK. Fuel pump operates indicating   24 vdc present at DUVAC   controller IGN terminal. Alternator belts OK. DUVAC controller faulty. Wire 1278 between alternator   positive (+) terminal and DUVAC   terminal A faulty. Wire 1275 from alternator   negative (–) terminal to battery   negative faulty. Jumperwire from alternator field   coil negative terminal to   alternator negative (–) terminal   faulty. Alternator faulty. Wire 1344 between alternator   and regulator faulty. Wire 1274 between DUVAC   controller and batteries faulty. Brown wire between DUVAC   controller and regulator faulty. Wire 1435 between DUVAC   controller and ground faulty. Black wire between regulator   and ground faulty. Red wire between DUVAC   controller and regulator faulty. Orange wire between DUVAC   controller and regulator faulty. Regulator faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If continuity is measured, then terminal A of DUVAC is shorted to ground and batteries will not charge. YES NO Go to Step 3 of this Fault. 2. Is continuity measured between terminal A of DUVAC controller and a known good ground? Replace DUVAC controller (Para 7-9). Verify repair, go to Step 14 of this Fault. WARNING Read   WARNING on Page 2-1603
