TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1636 52.  24 VOLT SYSTEM NOT CHARGING OR UNDER CHARGING (145 AMP) (CONT). 24 vdc voltmeter indicates low   charge. 12 vdc voltmeter indicates   proper charge. Batteries OK. Fuel pump operates indicating   24 vdc present at DUVAC   controller IGN terminal. Windshield wipers operate   indicating wires 1281 and   1277 and magnetic switch   R26 are OK. DUVAC controller OK. Voltage regulator OK. 26-28 vdc measured at terminal   2 of DUVAC controller. Wire 1702 faulty. Wire 1435 faulty. 24 vdc voltmeter faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If 26-28 vdc are not measured on 24 vdc voltmeter, wire 1702 is faulty. YES NO Repair wire 1702 (see schematic Fig 2-39). Verify repair, go to Step 6 of this Fault. 3. Are at 26-28 vdc measured at wire 1702 at 24 vdc voltmeter? WARNING 24 vdc voltmeter indicates low   charge. 12 vdc voltmeter indicates   proper charge. Batteries OK. Fuel pump operates indicating   24 vdc present at DUVAC   controller IGN terminal.
