Replace or adjust alternator belts (Para 7-5).  Verify repair, go to Step 9 of this Fault. START NO YES Both voltmeters indicate low   charge. Batteries OK. Fuel pump operates indicating   24 vdc present at CB24. Alternator belts loose or missing. Fusible link loop is open. Wire 1275 from alternator   ground to battery negative faulty. Alternator faulty. Voltage regulator faulty. Wire 1020A faulty. Oil pressure switch faulty. Wire 1020B faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. If alternator belts are loose or missing, alternator will not charge. Are alternator belts properly installed?
