If alternator is not grounded through wire 1275, alternator will not charge. YES NO Repair wire 1275 (see schematic Fig 2-40) or notify DS Maintenance.  Verify repair, go to Step 9 of this Fault. 3. Is continuity measured between wire 1275 and a known good ground? WARNING Read   WARNING on Page 2-1653 Both voltmeters indicate low   charge. Batteries OK. Fuel pump operates indicating   24 vdc present at CB24. Alternator belts OK. Fusible link loop OK. Wire 1275 from alternator   ground to battery negative faulty. Alternator faulty. Voltage regulator faulty. Wire 1020A faulty. Oil pressure switch faulty. Wire 1020B faulty.
