TM 9-2320-364-20-3 2-1988 6.  EXCESS INFLATION TIME AXLES NO. 3 THROUGH NO. 5, CTIS GREEN INDICATOR FLASHES TOO LONG OR CONTINUALLY. INITIAL SETUP 1. Is air line 2994 free of damage, crimps or leaks and are fittings free of leaks? Tighten loose fittings, replace air line 2994 (Para 12-36 and schematic Fig 2-49). Verify repair, go to Step 12 of this Fault. START YES NO Air system OK. Low air light not on or flashing. Air line 2994 and or fittings   faulty. CTIS rear manifold damaged or   leaking. Rear manifold relief valve   faulty. CTIS air lines, manifolds and   fittings on Axle No. 3 through   No. 5 faulty. CTIS rear manifold faulty. CTIS air lines from wheel hub   to wheel valve faulty. Wheel valve faulty. CTIS hub seals faulty. Rear manifold deflate valve   faulty. Rear manifold quick release   valve faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. Audible inspection. If air line 2994 or fittings are faulty, tires on Axles No. 3 through No. 5 will not inflate to correct pressure. 2-26.  CENTRAL TIRE INFLATION SYSTEM (CTIS) TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT).
