TM 9-2320-364-20-3 2-2142 11.  REAR MANIFOLD CLICKS CONTINUALLY/LOW AIR LIGHT FLASHING (CONT). 21. Are 50 to 60 ohms measured between quick release valve solenoid, terminal 1 and terminal 2? Replace solenoid (Para 13-10).  Verify repair, go to Step 28 of this Fault. YES NO System air pressure greater   than 110 psi (758 kPa). Rear manifold not clicking   continually. CTIS wire harness   connections OK. CTIS controller OK. CTIS wire harness OK. Air line 2994 and fittings OK. CTIS rear manifold not leaking. Quick release valve OK. 24 vdc input to quick release   valve. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Resistance test. STE/ICE-R #91. If there are not 50 to 60 ohms at quick release valve solenoid, solenoid is faulty. Quick release valve solenoid   faulty. CTIS rear manifold faulty.
