TM 9-2320-364-20-3 2-2146 11.  REAR MANIFOLD CLICKS CONTINUALLY/LOW AIR LIGHT FLASHING (CONT). 23. Are zero (0) vdc measured at deflate valve connector, terminal 2? Replace rear manifold (Para 13-9).  Verify repair, go to Step 28 of this Fault. YES NO System air pressure greater   than 110 psi (758 kPa). Rear manifold not clicking   continually. CTIS wire harness   connections OK. CTIS controller OK. CTIS wire harness OK. Air line 2994 and fittings OK. CTIS rear manifold not leaking. Quick release valve solenoid   OK. Quick release valve OK. 24 vdc input to quick release   valve. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If zero (0) vdc are not present at deflate valve connector, rear manifold is faulty. WARNING CTIS rear manifold faulty. Fault not corrected. Notify Supervisor. Read   WARNING on Page 2-2147
