Wire 1479 faulty. Wire 1478 faulty. Rectifier faulty. Wire 1480 faulty. Wire 1435 faulty. Transit valve faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If component supplying voltage to main junction box terminal 9 is loose, faulty, or shorted to ground, 22 to 28 vdc will not be present at safe lowering buttons. NO Go to Step 1 of Fault 4 of this chapter. 3. Are 22 to 28 vdc measured at main junction box terminal 9 with ENGINE switch in the ON position? Go to Step 8 of this Fault. 2. YES Middle frame operates in   manual mode. Middle frame safe lowering   button faulty. Wire 1479 faulty. Wire 1478 faulty. Rectifier faulty. Wire 1480 faulty. Wire 1435 faulty. Transit valve faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If there are not 22 to 28 vdc present, component supplying voltage to transit valve is faulty. Are 22 to 28 vdc measured at transit valve harness connector, terminal 2 with ENGINE switch ON and middle frame safe lowering button pushed in?
