TM 9-2320-364-20-3 2-2340 8.  LHS DOES NOT OPERATE. INITIAL SETUP 1. Are LHS hydraulic hoses 2777 and 2917 free of damage, crimps or leaks and are fittings free of leaks? Tighten loose fittings or replace hose (Para 20-3 and schematic Fig 2-54). Verify repair, go to Step 12 of this Fault. START NO SRW operates. Crane operates. LHS light operates. LHS hoses leaking or damaged. Hydraulic selector switch faulty. LHS control assembly faulty. Wire 1462 faulty. Wire 1435 from free flow   solenoid valve faulty. LHS control assembly faulty. Wire 1734 faulty. Wire 1435 from LHS supply   solenoid valve faulty. LHS supply solenoid valve   faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. If hose 2777 is leaking or damaged, adequate supply pressure will not be supplied to LHS from multifunction manifold. If hose 2917 is damaged, return flow to hydraulic reservoir may be restricted. 2-28.  LOAD HANDLING SYSTEM (LHS) TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT).
