TM 9-2320-364-20-3 2-1934 2.  CTIS INOPERATIVE (CONT). Heater operates indicating 24   vdc are input to circuit breaker   CB17. System air pressure is greater   than 110 psi (758 kPa). CTIS lines and components   not leaking. No lights illuminated on   controller. CTIS wire harness connections   OK. Voltage regulator OK. CTIS protection device OK. Circuit breaker CB17 OK. Wire 1880  OK. Wire 1065  OK. Wire 1435 OK. CTIS controller OK. Wire 1065 OK. Front manifold OK. Wire 1064 faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If there is no continuity, wire 1064 is faulty.  If there is continuity, CTIS controller is faulty. NO Repair wire 1064 (see schematic Fig 2-48) or notify DS Maintenance. Verify repair, go to Step 11 of this Fault. 10. Is continuity measured on wire 1064 between harness connector MC109 and harness connector MC111? Replace CTIS controller (Para 13-7). Verify repair, go to Step 9 of this Fault. 9. YES NO Heater operates indicating 24   vdc are input to circuit breaker   CB17. System air pressure is greater   than 110 psi (758 kPa). CTIS lines and components   not leaking. No lights illuminated on   controller. CTIS wire harness connections   OK. Votlage regulator OK. CTIS protection device OK. Circuit breaker CB17 OK. Wire 1880  OK. Wire 1435 OK. CTIS controller OK. Wire 1065 OK. Front manifold faulty. Wire 1064 faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If 13-14 vdc are not present at front manifold connector MC109, terminal 9, front manifold is faulty. WARNING Are 13-14 vdc measured at back of connector MC109, terminal 9 with MC109 connected to front manifold? Replace front manifold (Para 13-8). Verify repair, go to Step 11 of this Fault.
