TM 9-2320-364-20-4 2-3066 2.  INTERFACE KIT HYDRAULICS INOPERATIVE. INITIAL SETUP 1. Tighten loose fittings or replace hoses/tub- ing (Para 20-3 and schematic Fig 2-78). Verify repair, go to Step 21 of this Fault. START YES NO Hydraulic selector switch is in   CRANE/SRW mode. LHS operates when nothing is   connected to interface quick   disconnect and hydraulic   selector switch is in AUTO   or MAN mode. Batteries OK. EMM module hooked up to truck   interface kit. Circuit breaker CB29 not tripped. Hoses or tubes leaking or   damaged. Quick disconnect faulty. LED #3 lamp not illuminated. LED #1 lamp not illuminated. Auxiliary supply valve faulty. Jumperwire in S4 connector   terminals 1 and 5 faulty. Wire 1731 from connector S4   terminal 1 to connector MC29   terminal D faulty. Wire 1731 from connector   MC29 terminal D to connector   MC135 terminal A faulty. Wire 1731 from connector   MC135 terminal A to relay   R36 terminal 86 faulty. LED #3 lamp faulty. Wire 1435 from relay R36   terminal 85 to rectifier terminal   AC faulty. Rectifier faulty. Wire 1435A from connector   MC135 terminal H to connector   MC131 terminal A faulty. Circuit breaker CB29 faulty. Wire 1789 from circuit breaker   CB29 to relay R36 terminal   30 faulty. Relay R36 faulty. Wire 1792 from relay R36   terminal 87 to LED #1 lamp   faulty. LED #1 lamp faulty. Wire 1792 from LED #1 lamp   to connector MC135 terminal   F and to connector MC134   terminal 1 faulty. Wire 1435B from LED #1 lamp   to connector MC134 terminal   2 and to connector MC131   terminal C faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. Leaking or damaged tubes/hoses or fittings/connections may not deliver adequate supply pressure to operate interface. 2-37.
