Verify repair, go to Step 16 of this Fault. YES NO Dash lights operate indicating   circuit breaker CB8 OK. Horn operates indicating circuit   breaker CB16 OK. Air lines and fittings OK. Differential lockup solenoid   valve OK. Wire 1435 OK. Differential lockup solenoid OK. Wire 1882 OK. Wire 1888 OK. Wire 1885 OK. CTIS controller faulty. Wire 1435 faulty. HI RANGE LOCKOUT relay   R23 faulty. Wire 1885 faulty. Wire 1890 faulty. DIFF LOCK relay R21 faulty. Wire 1093 faulty. Start switch S13 faulty. Wire 1095 faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If continuity is not measured at relay R23, terminal 30 and a known good ground, CTIS con- troller is faulty and the DIFF LOCK and HI RANGE LOCK- OUT relays R21 and R23 will not operate. WARNING Is continuity measured between HI RANGE LOCKOUT relay R23, terminal 30 and a known good ground? Read   WARNING on Page 2-2993
