Horn operates indicating circuit   breaker CB16 OK. Air lines and fittings OK. Differential lockup solenoid   valve OK. Wire 1435 OK. Differential lockup solenoid OK. Wire 1882 OK. Wire 1888 OK. Wire 1885 OK. CTIS controller OK. Wire 1435 OK. HI RANGE LOCKOUT relay   R23 faulty. Wire 1885 OK. Wire 1890 faulty. DIFF LOCK relay R21 faulty. Wire 1093 faulty. Start switch S13 faulty. Wire 1095 faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If 10 to 14 vdc are not present at DIFF LOCK relay R21, terminal 87 when transfer case is in LOW, relay R21 is faulty and power will not be supplied to the differential solenoid valve. YES NO Replace DIFF LOCK relay R21 (Para 7-95). Verify repair, go to Step 16 of this Fault. 13. Are 10 to 14 vdc measured on wire 1890 DIFF LOCK relay R21, terminal 87? Repair wire 1890 (see schematic Fig 2-72) or notify DS Maintenance. WARNING Read   WARNING on Page 2-2999
