TM 9-2320-364-20-4 2-3000 2.  DIFFERENTIAL SIDE TO SIDE LOCKUP WILL NOT ENGAGE WITH CTIS IN EMERGENCY WITH TRANSFER CASE IN LOW (CONT). Dash lights operate indicating   circuit breaker CB8 OK. Horn operates indicating circuit breaker CB16 OK. Air lines and fittings OK. Differential lockup solenoid   valve OK. Wire 1435 OK. Differential lockup solenoid OK. Wire 1882 OK. Wire 1888 OK. Wire 1885 OK. CTIS controller OK. Wire 1435 OK. HI RANGE LOCKOUT relay   R23 OK. Wire 1885 OK. Wire 1890 OK. DIFF LOCK relay R21 OK. Wire 1093 OK. Start switch S13 faulty. Wire 1095 faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If continuity cannot be measured across start switch S13, switch is faulty. YES NO Replace switch (Para 7-83). Verify repair, go to Step 16 of this Fault. 15. Is continuity measured across transfer case start switch? Repair wire 1095 (see schematic Fig 2-72) or notify DS Maintenance. Verify repair, go to Step 16 of this Fault. 14. Are 22 to 28 vdc measured on wire 1093 at transfer case start switch connector MC57, terminal B? YES NO Dash lights operate indicating   circuit breaker CB8 OK. Horn operates indicating circuit   breaker CB16 OK. Air lines and fittings OK. Differential lockup solenoid   valve OK. Wire 1435 OK. Differential lockup solenoid OK. Wire 1882 OK. Wire 1888 OK. Wire 1885 OK. CTIS controller OK. Wire 1435 OK. HI RANGE LOCKOUT relay   R23 OK. Wire 1885 OK. Wire 1890 OK. DIFF LOCK relay R21 OK. Wire 1093 faulty. Start switch S13 faulty. Wire 1095 faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If 22 to 28 vdc are not present at start switch S13 connector MC57, terminal B, wire 1093 is faulty. WARNING WARNING Repair wire 1093 (see schematic Fig 2-72) or notify DS Maintenance. Verify repair, go to Step 16 of this Fault. Read   WARNING on Page 2-3001 Read   WARNING on Page 2-3001
