15-24. AUXILIARY FUEL TANK TREAD PLATFORM ASSEMBLY REPLACEMENT.
a.
Removal.
(1)
Remove four screws (1), washers (2), locknuts (3) and tread platform assembly (4) from fuel tank straps
(5). Discard locknuts.
(2)
Remove quick edge molding (6) from tread platform assembly (4).
b.
Installation.
(1)
Install quick edge molding (6) on tread platform assembly (4).
(2)
Install tread platform assembly (4), four screws (1), washers (2) and locknuts (3) on fuel tank strips (5).
c.
Follow-On Maintenance:
Remove wheel chocks, (TM 9-2320-364-10).
