NOTE
Lightly lubricate preformed packings with PAG oil prior to installation.
Ensure preformed packings are in place in hoses prior to installation.
3. Install preformed packing (10) and hose 2521 (9) on compressor (6). Torque hose (9) to 15-18 ft-lbs.
(20-24 Nm).
4. Install preformed packing (8) and hose 2522 (7) on compressor (6). Torque hose (7) to 18-22 ft-lbs.
(24-30 Nm).
5. Install wire 1435 (4) on compressor (6) with screw (5) and locknut (3).
NOTE
Install cable ties as required.
6. Connect connector (1) to connector (2).
