AC HEATER CORE REPLACEMENT - Continued
REMOVAL

1. Remove three screws (1), lockwashers (2), washers (3), and cover (4) from heater/evaporator (5).
Discard lockwashers.
2. Remove two grommets (6) from flanges (7).

3. Remove two screws (8), lockwashers (9), and washers (10) from heater core (11) and
heater/evaporator (5). Discard lockwashers.
4. Remove heater core (11) from heater/evaporator (5).
