Diesel engine slobber is an inherent condition of two cycle diesel engines when engines are allowed to idle for prolonged periods of time.  This characteristic may be incorrectly interpreted as a Class III leak.  Check engine oil level.  If there is any doubt, consult with your supervisor or Unit Maintenance. 1 Before Leaks Check underneath truck for evidence of obvious fluid leakage. Class III leak is evident. 2 Before Cab Visually check left side of cab for obvious damage that would impair operation.
