Install tie down ring (23) to mounting plate (24).
NOTE
If truck was connected to a tree or a heavy object,
perform Steps (59) through (61).

Ensure there is enough slack in cable (9).

Remove the cotter pin (10) and clevis pin (11) from clevis (12).

Remove the cable (9) from clevis (12) and remove cable (9) from around
tree, rock, or other stationary and heavy object.
