Attach towing shackle (25) to bracket (27) using screw (24), and cotter pin
(23).

Repeat Steps (15) through (17) to install right shackle.

Remove cotter pin (23), screw (24) and towing shackle (25) from bracket
(27).

Repeat Step (1) to remove right shackle.
