TRANSMISSION (CONT).

TRANSMISSION WILL NOT SHIFT INTO GEAR OR SHIFT OUT
OF GEAR (DO NOT SHIFT LIGHT ON) (CONT).
Reset breaker and try again. If breakers trip again, notify Unit
Maintenance.
Step 2. DO NOT SHIFT light (2) illuminates while starting in neutral:
Shut down engine for about five seconds.
Restart engine. Try to select desired range.
If gear range can be selected, continue mission and have
transmission checked for codes at mission completion.
If gear range cannot be selected in three attempts, notify Unit
Maintenance.
Step 3. DO NOT SHIFT light comes on while driving:
Find a safe place to pull over and stop.
Perform all of Step 2.
If DO NOT SHIFT LIGHT (2) still stays on, notify Unit
Maintenance.
