TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1818 10.  SERVICE BRAKES ON AXLE NO. 3 DO NOT APPLY. INITIAL SETUP 1. Do both sets of brakes on Axle No. 3 fail to apply? Go to Step 4 of this Fault. START YES NO Service brakes on Axles No. 4   and No. 5 operate correctly. Both sets of brakes on Axle   No. 3 do not apply correctly. Air lines crimped or leaking   and/or fittings, valves, air   chambers leaking. Service relay valve No. 2   faulty. Air chambers faulty. Brakes faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Operation test. If only one set of brakes on Axle No. 3 does not apply correctly, problem is in air chamber or brake components. 2-24.  BRAKES SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT).
