TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1868 15.  SERVICE BRAKES ON AXLES NO. 1 AND NO. 2 DO NOT RELEASE. INITIAL SETUP 1. Do all brakes on both Axles fail to release? Go to Step 4 of this Fault. START YES NO Nothing. Brakes on Axles No. 1 and   No. 2 fail to release. Air lines crimped. Service relay valve No. 1   faulty. Air chambers faulty. Brakes faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. If only one set of brakes on Axles No. 1 and No. 2 fail to release, problem is in air chamber or brakes components. 2-24.  BRAKES SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT).
