ENGINE switch OK. Wire 1021 OK. Wire 1871 OK. Diode M36 OK. Wire 231 OK. Wire 210A OK. Wires 208/209 OK. NEUTRAL relay R11 OK. Wire 1281 OK. Wire 1021A OK. Wire 1435 OK. Magnetic switch R27 OK. Wire 1139 OK. Wire 1045 OK. Wire 1138 OK. Start ground wire OK. Starter motor solenoid OK. Starter motor faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION STE/ICE-R #74 test. YES NO Replace starter (Para 7-12).   Verify repair, go to Step 20 of this Fault. 19. Will the starter motor pass the STE/ICE-R #74 resistance test? Fault not corrected. Notify DS Maintenance. If the starter motor resistance is too low, the starter will not have enough power to start the engine.
