Operate over the period of time specified
in unit PMCS lubrication chart (Para 2-9).
(1) If engine oil consumption exceeds
10 quarts per 1,000 miles, oil
consumption is excessive, fault
not corrected.
(2) If engine oil consumption does not
exceed 10 quarts per 1,000 miles,
oil consumption is normal, fault
has been corrected.
