TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1014      1.  ENGINE CRANKS BUT FAILS TO START OR STALLS AFTER STARTING. INITIAL SETUP 1. Go to Step 2 of this Fault. START NO Headlights operate indicating   22 to 28 vdc present at   1020/1872 splice at ignition   switch. Fuel priming pump circuit   breaker not tripped indicating   no shorts in capacitor pack to   fuel priming pump. 22 to 28 vdc not supplied to fuel   priming pump. Fuel priming pump not   grounded. Fuel priming pump capacitor   faulty. 22 to 28 vdc not supplied to   connector MC108 at wire 1020. Connector MC108 at wire 1435   not grounded. 22 to 28 vdc not supplied to   wire 1020 at fuel priming pump   circuit breaker. 22 to 28 vdc not supplied to   wire 1020 at DUVAC. Fuel tank(s), hoses and/or   fittings loose, damaged or   leaking. Fuel priming pump filter faulty. Fuel priming pump faulty. Fuel water separator faulty. Fuel pump faulty. Secondary fuel filter faulty. Fuel contaminated. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Audible inspection. If fuel priming pump can be heard when ENGINE switch is in the ON position, the problem is not electrical. 2-17.  FUEL SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT).
