TM 9-2320-364-20-2      2-1027 (1)   Connect positive (+) multimeter lead to wire 1020 at circuit breaker terminal. (2)   Connect negative (–) multimeter lead to a known good ground. (3)   Turn ON ENGINE switch (TM 9-2320-364-10). (a)   If there are not 22 to 28 vdc present, turn OFF ENGINE switch, and go to Step 8 of this Fault. (b)   If there are 22 to 28 vdc present turn OFF ENGINE switch, and replace circuit breaker (Para 7-16). VOLTAGE TEST Remove all jewelry such as rings, dog tags, bracelets, etc.  If jewelry or tools contact positive electrical circuits, a direct short may result.  Damage to equipment, injury or death to personnel may occur. (1)   Connect positive (+) multimeter lead to wire 1020 at DUVAC. (2)   Connect negative (–) multimeter lead to a known good ground. (3)   Turn ON ENGINE switch (TM 9-2320-364-10). (a)   If 22 to 28 vdc are not present, turn OFF ENGINE switch, and repair wire 1020 between DUVAC and ENGINE switch (see schematic Fig 2-23) or notify DS Maintenance. (b)   If 22 to 28 vdc are present, wire 1020 is OK. (4)   Turn OFF ENGINE switch. VOLTAGE TEST
