Replace clogged or faulty filter (Para 4-13).   Verify repair, go to Step 8 of this Fault. YES NO Turn signals operate indicating   10 to 14 vdc are present on   wires 240 and 241 at battery   No. 4. Fuel primary pump operates. Fuel tank(s), fuel/water separator   hoses, and fittings OK. Fuel/water separator OK. Damaged, leaking, or clogged   secondary fuel filter. Fuel contamination. Wire 240 or 241 from battery to     circuit breaker CB23 or CB22   faulty. Circuit breaker CB23 or CB22   faulty. Wire 240 or 241 from circuit   breaker CB22 or CB23. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. STE/ICE-R #26. Injectors will not receive enough fuel if secondary fuel filter is clogged, leaking, or defective. WARNING Is secondary fuel filter tight and free from leaks, damage, and clogs? Read   WARNING on Page 2-1049
