YES NO Headlights operate, indicating   10 to 14 vdc are present at   splice in wire 1189 after the   blackout switch. Turn signal switch/hazard   switch OK. Wire 1189 faulty. Wire 1080 faulty. Flasher M5 faulty. Turn signal/dimmer switch S1   faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Voltage test. STE/ICE-R #89. If 10 to 14 vdc are not present, wire 1189 is faulty between flasher and splice. WARNING 3. Repair wire 1080 (see schematic Fig 2-32) or notify DS Maintenance. Verify repair, go to Step 5 of this Fault. YES NO Headlights operate, indicating   10 to 14 vdc are present at   splice in wire 1189 after the   blackout service select switch. Turn signal switch/hazard   switch OK. Wire 1189 OK. Wire 1080 faulty. Flasher M5 faulty. Turn signal/dimmer switch S1   faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If there is no continuity on wire 1080, turn signals will not operate. WARNING Are 10 to 14 vdc measured on wire 1189 to flasher connector terminal B?
