(1) Connect DDR cable to DDL
connector MC13.
(2) Start engine (TM 9-2320-364-10).
(3) Clear ATEC codes (Para 2-11) and
observe CTL.
(a) If CHECK TRANS light comes on
for about five seconds then goes
off, fault has been corrected.
Perform Steps (4) and (5) below.
(b) If CHECK TRANS light comes on
and stays on after engine warms
up, perform Steps (4) and (5)
below and go to Fault Index
(Table 2-26).
(4) Turn OFF ENGINE switch.
(5) Disconnect DDR from DDL
connector MC13.
VERIFY REPAIR
