TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1358 23.  ALL BLACKOUT LIGHTS DO NOT OPERATE. INITIAL SETUP 1. Repair wire 1674 (see schematic Fig 2-35) or notify DS Maintenance.   Verify repair, go to Step 3 of this Fault. START YES NO Windshield wipers operate   indicating 12 vdc to circuit   breaker CB9. Circuit breaker CB9 not tripped. Wire 1674 faulty. BLACKOUT LIGHTS selector   faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE-R #91. If wire 1674 is loose, faulty, or shorted to ground, blackout lights will not operate. 2-20.  ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT).
