TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-1494 36.  SHIFT SELECTOR PANEL LAMPS DO NOT OPERATE (CONT). Dash lights operate indicating   10 to 14 vdc to wire 1052. Panel lamps OK. ATEC shift selector circuit   board OK. Wire 233 OK. Wire 234 faulty. ATEC shift selector faulty. Wire 1052 faulty. Wire 233 faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Continuity test. STE/ICE #91. If ATEC shift selector is not grounded through wire 234, panel lights will not operate. If wire 234 is grounded, ATEC shift selector is faulty. YES NO Repair wire 234 (see schematic Fig 2-20) or notify DS Maintenance. Verify repair, go to Step 6 of this Fault. 4. Is continuity measured on wire 234 between connector MC12, terminal 14 and a known good ground? Replace ATEC shift selector (Para 8-2). Verify repair, go to Step 6 of this Fault.
