TM 9-2320-364-20-2 2-850      5.  CODE 21:  THROTTLE SENSOR INOPERATIVE. INITIAL SETUP 1. Go to Step 4 of this fault. START YES NO “CHECK TRANS” light ON. “DO NOT SHIFT” light OFF. Transmission shifts delayed or   hard. Throttle position sensor faulty. Wire 908 faulty. Wire(s) 104, 106A, and 124   faulty. DDEC ECM faulty. Throttle position control faulty. Transmission ECU faulty. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION DDR test. If signal count is not within 30 to 40 at full throttle and 205 to 225 at idle, ATEC ECU will register a code 21 fault. 2-15.  ATEC TROUBLESHOOTING (CONT).
