TM 9-2320-364-20-2      2-1765 (1)   Start engine and build pressure to 125 4 psi (861 28 kPa) (TM 9-2320-364-10). (2)   Turn OFF ENGINE switch. (3)   Apply PARKING BRAKE. (4)   Check fittings and air lines 2368, 2369, 2138, 2139, 2140 and 2141 for crimping and/or leaks (see schematic Fig 2-46). (a)   If there are crimps or leaks, perform Step (5) below and replace air lines and/or tighten/replace fittings (Para 12-36). (b)   If there are no crimps or leaks, air lines and fittings are OK. Perform Steps (5) and (6) below. (5)   Release PARKING BRAKE. (6)   Check relay spring valve No.2, air chamber fittings and air lines 2368, 2369, 2138, 2139, 2140 and 2141 for leaks (see schematic Fig 2-46). (a)   If the relay spring valve No. 2 leaks, replace valve (Para 12-17). (b)   If the air chamber leaks, replace air chamber (Para 12-10). (c)   If air lines or fittings leak, replace air lines and/or tighten/replace fittings (Para 12-36). (d)   If there are no leaks, go to Step 3 of this Fault. VISUAL/AUDIBLE INSPECTION Wear safety goggles when performing leakage tests on valves.  Failure to do so may result in serious eye injury due to high pressure air.
