(1) Start engine and check steering while
truck is moving at less than 25 mph
(TM 9-2330-364-10).
(2) Check steering while truck is moving
at greater than 25 mph.
(a) If the truck is hard to steer above
and below 25 mph, the problem is
in the steering system; turn OFF
ENGINE switch and go to
Step 2 of this Fault.
(b) If the truck is hard to steer at less
than 25 mph only, the problem is
in the steering hydraulic system.
Turn OFF ENGINE switch and
notify DS Maintenance.
