Verify repair, go to Step 4 of this Fault. YES NO Spooling arm lever is in   DISENGAGE position. Front cable tensioner and guide   OK. Faulty rear cable tensioner or   guide. Faulty cable. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. Faulty cable tensioner or guide may bind on cable and not allow cable to be free-spooled out. 3. Replace cable (Para 18-17). Verify repair, go to Step 4 of this Fault. YES NO Spooling arm lever is in   DISENGAGE position. Front cable tensioner and guide   OK. Rear cable tensioner or guide   OK. Faulty cable. KNOWN INFO POSSIBLE PROBLEMS TEST OPTIONS REASON FOR QUESTION Visual inspection. Kinked or severely frayed cable may bind in winch, tensioner or guide. WARNING Are rear cable guide and tensioner free of damage? Is cable free of kinks or severe cuts causing fraying? Read   WARNING on Page 2-2843
